These Sales Terms apply to purchases made through the Elora Thread website.
Product Purchases
By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.
All purchases are subject to product availability.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, sizing information, and pricing.
Actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device or display settings.
Pricing
Product prices are displayed on the website and may be changed from time to time.
Any applicable charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Orders must receive successful payment authorization before processing.
Shipping
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or U.S. territories.
Orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days for shipping.
Free shipping is currently provided for eligible orders within our stated shipping area.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Items may be tried on but must not have been washed and must retain their original tags.
Sale items are also eligible for return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refunds are generally processed within 1–3 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
After processing, funds should appear within 10 days, depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@elorathread.com.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests before an order enters processing or shipment, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.
